Remembrance Day

This morning I attended the Remembrance Service at the War Memorial in New Brighton along with Cllrs Lesley Rennie, Bill Duffey, Karen Hayes, Tony Pritchard, Sue Taylor, James Keeley, Kate Wood and Paul Hayes. 

The service was conducted by the Reverend Frank Cain, Vicar of New Brighton Church and Bruce Harry.  I was honoured to lay the wreath on behalf of Wallasey Conservative Association.

Afterwards we went to the British Legion in Withens Lane and waited for the Parade of members of the Wallasey Branch of the Royal British Legion along with the cadets from the Navy, Airforce and Army to arrive back.
