Last night I was out with seven of the Action Team, calling on residents living in roads around Broadway Avenue.  We received a really warm welcome, I know a lot of people in the area personally so I’m up to date with friends I haven’t seen for a while!  There were a couple of issues but the main one was with lamp posts, which Cllr Paul Hayes will be sorting this morning.

Last week I was out and about in Millhouse Lane, Moreton.  Again people were really pleased to see us and remembered we’d called a couple of months ago.  They were very supportive; had different issues, but the team have dealt with them already.

The rising cost of living is something people are bringing up all the time, especially how much it costs to fill up cars with petrol.  Everyone, without exception, is unhappy that the cost of fuel rising by another 2p in three months time – and let us know!
